We offer a safe and reliable way for you to shop online. This is all confirmed by the green padlock, which you can find on the top left of your page in the beginning of your address bar when visiting our site.

A green padlock, plus the name of the company or organisation, also in green, means this website is using an Extended Validation (EV) certificate. An Extended Validation Certificate (EV) is a certificate used for HTTPS websites and softwares that proves the legal entity controlling the website or software package. Obtaining an EV certificate requires verification of the requesting entity identity by a certificate authority (CA).

In other words, that green padlock means that we have been verified by your browser as a secure website, which certifies that any information that you send or get through our site is private and secure.
You will receive an order confirmation email, immediately after placing the order. The subject line will start with "SoftwareProjects Receipt for "Name of the product". If you didn't receive anything from us, please check the Junk/Spam folder. Within the email you can also find an 'Access Product' button, which allows you to open the eBook you've purchased. If it's a physical product, it means it's currently on its way to be processed and delivered to your doorstep.

A digital eBook is a book which can be read online. This means that it's available on your computer/laptop, phone, tablet or other electronic devices.

You have full access to your downloadable eBook through the order confirmation email we sent you. Simply click on 'Access Product' in the email itself.

This is a great question! If you opt for the physical book, which we certainly understand is often times preferred, you only pay for the S&H (Shipping & Handling). Since you would have already paid for the book itself. :)

Think of the S&H like your gas to Barnes & Nobles or your cab fare to it. Just because you decided to drive to Barnes & Nobles, doesn't mean you have to buy anything.

Regardless, you spend money on the gas and it's a cost you have.

If you decide to buy a book - you pay for the cost of it. Some of the books provide you with digital access as well, similarly as here.

Digital products are sent to your email address as soon as the purchase goes through. So just have a look for the order confirmation and click 'Access Product'.

Physical orders may take a few days to arrive, depending on location and carrier. We will always notify you of the tracking number as soon as we have it :)

We have a 60-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the purchase or have changed your mind, then you are entitled to your 60-day refund policy. All refunds take between 3-5 business days and will be applied to your original payment method.

Digital orders are refunded straight away through our system and there is nothing to send back to us. The quickest way to get a refund is to process it yourself online by clicking here. Once you entered your order details, simply select Get Help.
You will receive a refund confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to make the purchase. Please check your junk/spam folders.
We kindly ask you to return the product back to the return address listed on the package. If you do not see it, please contact our customer support for the return address, or lookup your order online for the return address. DO NOT send the product back to SoftwareProjects main address, as we will not be able to credit your account then.

It is very important to print your original order confirmation email and make sure it includes your full name and the email address you used at the time of purchase. Attaching this information in the return package will help us issue your refund faster.

If you are unable to print it, no problem. Include a note with your name, email address and order ID instead. The order ID can be found on the order confirmation email.

Please make sure to ask for a tracking ID when returning the package. Give us a call after 4 to 7 days once the product has been shipped so we can confirm the return and process a refund.

If you're busy and don't have time to call, no worries. A full refund will be applied automatically within 7 days of the package's arrival at the warehouse, and you'll receive a refund confirmation email to the email address you used during the purchase.

Once you see the "Cancel Subscription" button, select it and you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to make the purchase. If you can't see it in your inbox, please check the spam and junk folders. Here you can process refunds, cancellations, track your shipment, rate the product, access your digital product and much more.
It's awful when this happens! It's possible that the payment you're referring to has been stopped by your bank/card provider. Please speak to your bank to make sure that the card is not being blocked from their end.

As you can see, we just want to be sure it's you. To move forward with placing the order, please provide us with a copy of a government issued photo ID and your credit card. It's best to upload it here. Note that we don't need to see the full number on your credit card, just your name and the last 4 digits.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. At the moment Discover cards are only accepted on digital orders. We do not accept cash or checks.

Please note that all prices are in U.S Dollars and all charges will appear as SoftwareProjects on your statement.
Paypal is only accepted on specific products, which is subject to change.
